Terms of service

Account, billing, and product-surface terms for Zenith Cloud and Enterprise licenses.

Last updated: 9 August 2026 (v2026.08.09). These pages summarize current product behavior; they are not a substitute for a negotiated enterprise contract. Electronic acceptance records capture the exact version shown at checkout.

Service surfaces

Zenith Cloud provides hosted model access (including chat completions and responses), billing, onboarding, and Enterprise license issuance. Zenith Gateway is a separately deployed control plane you run. Features differ; marketing claims on this site are limited to what each surface actually ships.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate registration details, protect credentials, and use the API within plan limits and applicable law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt payment fraud, or threaten platform integrity.

Plans and billing

Paid plans renew through the configured payment provider. Unused time is not prorated on plan changes or cancel-at-period-end. Switching to Free cancels recurring billing immediately. Mandatory consumer rights remain reserved where applicable. Enterprise refunds are not automatic after digital license delivery; exceptional refunds require documented review.

Enterprise licenses

An Enterprise purchase may issue a signed .lic artifact for self-hosted activation after verified payment and completed electronic acceptance. Activation and managed policy sync require network reachability to the issuer you configure. Gateway availability, capacity, and upstream provider keys are your operational responsibility. Because a perpetual .lic can be retained locally after download, Zenith cannot guarantee remote disablement of every already-activated gateway instance.

No SLA unless contracted

Public pages do not promise a quantified uptime SLA. Availability commitments apply only when written into an enterprise agreement.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material billing or data-handling changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date and document version. Continued Cloud use after that date may require fresh acceptance at the next registration or paid checkout.
