Delivery and return terms
Delivery and withdrawal summary for digital Zenith Cloud subscriptions and Enterprise licenses.

Nature of the service
Zenith Cloud subscriptions and Enterprise licenses are digital services. No physical goods are shipped.
Delivery
After the payment provider verifies a paid-plan payment, the plan and quotas activate immediately on your Cloud account. An Enterprise purchase makes a signed .lic file available for download from your account once payment is verified and electronic acceptance is complete. Activation and managed policy sync require network reachability to the issuer you configure.
Returns and withdrawal
Under Turkish consumer distance-selling rules, consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right. For digital content or services performed immediately in an electronic environment, withdrawal may be unavailable once performance has begun with the consumer’s explicit request and acknowledgement. Unused time is not prorated on plan changes; switching to Free ends recurring billing immediately. Enterprise licenses are delivered digitally; after .lic issuance/download, automatic refunds are not offered. Exceptional refunds (including mandatory consumer rights, defective performance, or duplicate charge) are reviewed manually with evidence. Mandatory rights remain reserved.
